Grimsby Power provides various services within its service area. If your streetlight is out, or you have a question about tree trimming or about electrical cable locates, we can help. For convenience, the forms for each of these services is provided in this section.
Please note that you should contact us for electrical cable locates before you drive stakes, blast, drill or dig on municipal property. This could save you from possible injury or death.
Grimsby Power is not part of the Ontario One-Call. If you need to find water, gas or telecommunications lines, please contact the appropriate personnel. More information is provided in the Safety-Call Before You Dig section of this website.

If you are digging a hole deeper than 30 cm (12 inches) you require a locate to ensure there are no underground power lines. Accidently digging into one of these lines can be very dangerous and expensive. To request a locate, please contact Ontario One Call at 1-800-400-2255. Please call at least one week before you plan to dig.
