March 21st and March 28th, 2013 - The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) issued two Decisions affecting rates charged by Ontario utilities effective May 1, 2013. The Regulatory Charges portion of the electricity invoice will decline $0.0007 per adjusted kWh for all customers. The Delivery Charges portion of the electricity invoice will increase by $0.79 per month for Residential and General Service less than 50kW (small business) customers.
