Contact your utility right away to find out about payment options. Payment arrangements with Grimsby Power can help you avoid late payment charges and potential disconnection of service. Eligible customers can access bill payment support programs such as the Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) and the Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP). And, to protect low-income customers, there are also special customer service rules that include allowing more time to pay overdue amounts under an arrears payment plan
