Potential Mail Interruption

With the possibility of a work stoppage at Canada Post delivery of mail could be delayed. In the event of a mail interruption, customers are still responsible for paying their electricity bill on time.

Grimsby Power is recommending that you sign up for e-billing to gain access to electronic bills. By switching to paperless you will receive an email each month indicating that your eBill is available for viewing. Click here to register today.

Alternatively, you can contact our office for your account balance, by telephone: 905-945-5437 option 2 or by e-mail (please include name, account number & address): customeraccounts@grimsbypower.com.

During such an interruption, payments can be made via online banking, telephone banking, at the bank, in our office, or through our drive-thru drop box located at our office for your convenience.

Enrolling in preauthorized payment is another option would ensure your bill is paid on time.
