In an effort to further help those in need during this pandemic Grimsby Power has stopped late payment charges for residential and small business customers. This means that interest will not be charged on overdue balances. This change starts on the April statement for active customers.
Grimsby Power also offers flexible payment arrangements and there are programs available for low income households including OESP and LEAP.
