9:12pm - Power has been restored to the area from Park Road South to Robinson and between South Service Rd and Mud St. Crew are still working to restore power to an area on the west side of Grimsby.
8:20pm - Crews have found tree limbs resting on power lines aswell as broken insulators. Crews are working to restore power. Weather conditions can pose additional risk to our crews. Due to current weather conditions the restoration process may take longer.
7:05pm - Crews are patrolling the area. If you have information regarding an event (i.e. heard a loud bang, branch/tree on power line, line down across road, debris made contact with power line) please call 905-945-5437 and press 1 to communicate that information to our oncall service. This information will help us respond to the outage.
6:56pm - Update. The outage is from Park Road South to Robinson and between South Service Rd and Mud St. This current outage is affecting approximately 2,200 customers. Crews have been dispatched. No estimated time to restoration yet.
6:35pm - There is currently a power outage in the Dorchester area. Crews have been dispatched.

There are two locations from which Grimsby draws power, each with two incoming lines. The four feeder lines are labelled in the legend as 18M3, 18M4, 2508M3 and 2508M4. The two lines, 18M3 and 18M4, connect to the Beamsville transmission station. The other two lines, 2508M3 and 2508M4, connect to the Niagara West Transformation station located south of Grimsby.
