If you are a new or returning customer to Grimsby Power, WELCOME!!
Non-Residential customers must contact our office directly to arrange to open an account. Please contact us at (905) 945-5437 at your earliest convenience, preferably at least 7 days prior to your move.
For Residential customers who are moving into Grimsby, or who are moving within the Grimsby service area, the following link explains what is needed to begin setting up your new account with us:

If you do not wish to fill out the form above, please print off the Residential Move-In Form, which is available for download here. You may print it off and fax or e-mail it, or drop it off in person at the Grimsby Power office. Our fax number is (905) 945-9933. Our e-mail is customeraccounts@grimsbypower.com. Please note that there is a $30.00 + HST account set-up fee for all customers that will be charged on your first invoice.
